  • Drug resistance 4: Chloroquine.
  • Malaria species: P. falciparum 85%; P. malariae, P. ovale, P. vivax 15% combined.
  • Recommended chemoprophylaxis: Atovaquone-proguanil, doxycycline, or mefloquine.
