Grapherence®[]
Welcome to Grapherence
Spectrum
The color of each node corresponds to the number of INBOUND links.
The more inbound links a node has (i.e., the more articles that cite it) the warmer its color becomes.
Grapherence Views
There are two Grapherence® views available: PROXIMITY and TIMELINE.
Proximity distributes nodes in a cluster based on relevancy.
Timeline shows article relationships over time with linked records shown in a chronological view with the oldest articles to the left.
Nodes
Each node represents a PubMed record and reveals the number of inbound and outbound links as well as a button which takes you directly to the reference.
Tap the left portion of the node to see a new Grapherence map with this as the central article.
Tap the right portion of the node to reveal the article’s authors, title and source as well as a link to the full citation

Grapherence includes three types of nodes:
PubMed Record Node: Links to an article published in a medical journal and referenced within the PubMed database.
Content Resource Node: Links to a record within a medical resource, such as Johns Hopkins Guides.
Clinical Trial Node: Links to an article or document outlining a clinical trial.
Arrows
Each arrow between Nodes represents links between articles.
